Who this policy covers

This policy applies to Banquet Seats for iOS (bundle identifier: app.banquetseat.planner), provided by Productos Alimenticios La Moderna.

It describes the app, not this website. Visits to kinoraai.org and emails you choose to send us are covered by our website privacy notice.

Your data stays on your device

Guest names, table arrangements, seating plans, and other information you enter are stored locally on your device. We do not receive, upload, analyze, sell, or share this information.

There is no account, developer-hosted database, or server-side copy of your plans. We cannot view or recover them.

Permissions and third-party SDKs

Banquet Seats does not request device permissions and does not include third-party SDKs. It does not use advertising, tracking, analytics, or third-party crash-reporting SDKs.

The app does not collect personal information, device identifiers, usage analytics, or location data for us. We do not track you across apps or websites, build advertising profiles, or sell your app data.

Optional tips through Apple

You may choose to leave a voluntary, one-time tip using Apple In-App Purchase. Tips are not subscriptions, do not renew automatically, and have no effect on app functionality.

Apple handles payment and purchase processing under its own policies. We do not receive your payment card details or other payment-method information. Apple's own processing is separate from the app's on-device planning data.

Deleting your data

Deleting Banquet Seats from your device removes the app's locally stored data. There is no app account to close and no server-side deletion request to submit. We cannot recover the deleted data.

Use your device's Delete App option when you want to remove the app and its local data. Offloading an app is not the same as deleting it. Any device backups you manage through Apple or another backup system are separate and are controlled by that system's settings.

When you contact support

If you email us, we receive the address and content you choose to send. Support email is not automatic app data collection. Please do not include guest lists or unnecessary personal information. Our website privacy notice explains how support messages are handled.

To ask about, correct, or request deletion of support correspondence, email support@kinoraai.org. We will handle the request subject to applicable legal obligations. This does not delete plans on your device, which we cannot access.

Children's information

The app does not collect personal information from anyone, including children. Information entered into a seating plan remains on the device and is not sent to us.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page and its effective date if the app's data practices change. Any future Kinora app has its own privacy policy; another app's policy does not change the practices described here for Banquet Seats.
